The proposals

A landscape-led redevelopment on the south-west edge of Preston Park.

We are bringing forward proposals to redevelop 149-153 Preston Road, Brighton, a vacant brownfield site on the south-west edge of Preston Park. Currently occupied by disused offices, it is allocated for development in the City Plan Part 1.

The proposals would see the two existing disused buildings demolished and replaced with a mixed-use development of 242 new homes alongside Class E commercial facilities, including co-working and gym space, set within a landscape-led design that strengthens the green character of Preston Road.
